How does driver coaching work?
Beyond the coaching app (trip feedback, advice, progress), the programme keeps motivation alive day after day: regular emails, a monthly collective and individual challenge by entity with a podium, and weekly challenges targeted at priority behaviours (speeding, braking, acceleration, optimised speed). The goal is lasting driver engagement.
What results can we expect?
On the fleets we support, we observe −12% to −15% fuel and a halving of both at-fault accidents and fines. Results depend on the fleet and on engagement; they are measured vehicle by vehicle, never promised in advance.
